Delete your account

Don’t Spill the Calories — 1THIRTYFIVE INC.

In the Android app, open Brain → Profile → Delete my account and confirm. On the website, sign in, open Brain → Profile and choose Delete my account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@1thirtyfive.com from the email used for your account, with the subject “Delete my Don’t Spill the Calories account”. We may ask you to verify ownership. This request deletes the account and its associated tracking data.

What is removed

Your account, active food/exercise/weight records, saved foods, messages, settings, sign-in sessions and generated context files are removed. Uninstalling the app alone does not remove the account. Provider backups/security logs may persist under provider schedules; aggregate budget counters without health records or email may remain. See the Privacy Policy for details.
